This here is a beautiful song about very important subject matter and especially relevant during these corona-ridden times. This is The lockdown track of The Pefflets.
The whole track was created during lockdown and the band has never played it live even at the rehearsals. Every musician played and recorded their parts at their homes with no real time communication between each other. Part of the band was actually left to the wrong side of division line when the Helsinki area was separated from the rest of Finland. Thanks to the available technology they were still able to record the track.
The video below has a similar story – idea and basic storyline were discussed and then everybody contributed their material while the director was busy cutting the movie. The unbelievable cover picture was taken by the drummer of the band during his early morning jog and is a wonderful example of how the mother nature resets the world every night. We hope we all are here to enjoy those sunrises in the future too.
